Agency – 230.00 USD per 1 year – for 1 time

Members receive the privileges of two transferable Professional memberships within the organization. A third agency member with the privileges of a Vendor member may be designated. Individual membership privileges may not be transferred outside the agency.

Educational Institution – 230.00 USD per 1 year – for 1 time

Members institutions receive 2 transferable memberships that include all the Professional member privileges. Currently enrolled full-time students in the academic unit may apply for Affiliated Student membership (a $10 per student discount plus free Job Placement Service).

Vendor – 130.00 USD per 1 year – for 1 time

Members include organizations involved in the promotion of products or services to the industry or which otherwise support the objectives of the Association. This membership category is designed especially for firms that sell recreation goods and services. Membership includes all rights except office holding and voting privileges.

Professional – 115.00 USD per 1 year – for 1 time

Members include Executives, Administrators, Supervisors or Educators employed in a commercial recreation setting or related field. Also included are recent graduates not yet employed. The membership is a personal one and can be transferred with the individual if the member changes employment within the industry. Membership includes all rights, office holding and voting privileges.

Student – 50.00 USD per 1 year – Ongoing

Members are individuals who are enrolled full-time in a post-secondary educational institution and are interested in the development of the recreation and leisure service profession. Student members support the goals and objectives of the Association and are entitled to all rights except holding non-student elected offices and voting for non-student elected representatives.

Affiliated Student – 40.00 USD per 1 year – for 1 time

This membership class is available only to full-time students in an academic unit with Educational Institution membership. Affiliated Student members have all the privileges of a Student member but also receive the Job Placement Service at no charge.
